Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FlySurre. By booking a vehicle with us, whether via phone or through interactions with our website (car.flysurre.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding with a reservation.

1. Eligibility and Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from FlySurre, the primary renter must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: Be at least 21 years of age. A young driver surcharge may apply for renters under 25. Renters of luxury or specialty vehicles must be at least 25 years old.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid, unexpired driver's license with a safe driving record. International renters must provide a valid license from their home country and, if applicable, an International Driving Permit.
  • Payment Method: Present a major credit card in the primary renter's name. Debit cards may have restrictions and require a higher security deposit.

2. Booking, Pricing, and Payments

  • Phone Booking Model: Currently, all reservations are finalized verbally over the phone with our authorized agents. The pricing quoted during your call is binding for the requested duration.
  • Deposits and Holds: At the time of pickup, a security hold will be placed on your credit card for the estimated rental charges plus a security deposit (amount varies by vehicle class).
  • Additional Fees: You are responsible for any unavoidable additional charges incurred during the rental, including tolls, parking citations, traffic violations, and late return fees.
  • Mandatory taxes and fees are included in your quote. Variable charges (tolls, fuel, fines) are the responsibility of the renter and will be settled with the local provider

3. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The rented vehicle must only be driven by the primary renter and explicitly authorized additional drivers. You agree NOT to use the vehicle for:

  • Off-road driving, towing, or pushing anything.
  • Commercial transportation of passengers or goods for hire (e.g., rideshare delivery).
  • Participating in any race, speed test, or contest.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances.
  • Transporting hazardous or flammable materials.

Smoking and pets (unless secured in a carrier) are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violation of these terms will result in a detailing fee and possible cancellation of your rental agreement.

4. Vehicle Condition and Return

  • Condition: You must return the vehicle in the same condition as when rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
  • Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the time of pickup, unless a pre-paid fuel option was purchased. Refueling charges will apply if returned with less fuel.
  • Late Returns: Returns older than the agreed-upon grace period will incur additional hourly or daily charges. Extensions must be requested via phone before the original return time.

5. Insurance, Damage, and Liability

You are fully responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault, up to the full value of the vehicle plus administrative and loss-of-use fees. We strongly recommend verifying your personal auto insurance coverage or credit card benefits before renting. Supplemental protection products may be offered at the time of booking.

FlySurre facilitates the booking, the actual rental agreement is signed between the user and the local provider at pickup. FlySurre is not responsible for any damages or accidents that may occur during the rental period.

Proof of valid auto insurance coverage is required. If the renter does not have personal coverage, protection products must be purchased from the local provider.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations must be made by calling our customer service team. You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund of any prepaid amounts. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to pick up the vehicle ("no-show"), may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

7. Telematics and Tracking

FlySurre vehicles may be equipped with telematics/GPS tracking devices to monitor location, speed, fuel consumption, and vehicle diagnostics. We use this data to prevent theft, enforce geographical driving restrictions, and assist in emergencies. By renting from us, you consent to this tracking as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlySurre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your rental or use of our vehicles, including but not limited to loss of property left in the vehicle.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the vehicle is rented, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
